As Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Prodigy Health, Andrea Balogh is the company’s chief legal officer, and in that capacity oversees the management of Prodigy Health's legal function, collaborating with all of its operating businesses. Prior to joining Prodigy Health, she was a Senior Attorney at CheckFree Services Corporation and General Counsel of CheckFreePay Corporation, a leader in the field of walk-in bill payment. Prior to joining CheckFree, Ms. Balogh was in private practice in New York at various firms in New York City where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. She began her career as a securities attorney in the legal department at Alexander & Alexander Services, Inc.
