Elliot Cooperstone serves as President and CEO of Prodigy Health Group, Inc., a health services company acquired in 2011 by Aetna. Prodigy Health Group operating companies provide benefits management, total health management, provider network services and insurance services over 3.5 million members across all industry sectors. Mr. Cooperstone joined Prodigy Health in 2004 after arranging and participating in the acquisition of the company by a group of private equity investors.

Prior to Prodigy Health, Mr. Cooperstone was the General Manager of the Employer Services Group (ESG) at Intuit, which provides payroll and benefits administration software and outsourcing services to small businesses. Mr. Cooperstone joined Intuit in 2000 upon that company's acquisition of EmployeeMatters, Inc, a company he co-founded with venture capital financing in 1998 and served as CEO.

Prior to 1999, Mr. Cooperstone served in a number of executive capacities alongside the well-known financial services executive Frank Zarb. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Cooperstone was Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Alexander & Alexander Services, Inc., a $1.3 billion global insurance brokerage and human resources consulting firm with 14,000 employees in 60 countries worldwide. He was also President and CEO of its $450 million US division. Mr. Cooperstone left the company following its acquisition by Aon in 1997. Mr. Cooperstone also has prior experience with The Travelers Group where he was assistant to Zarb.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Cooperstone was a Director of Strategic Planning at The Walt Disney Company and spent four years with The Boston Consulting Group. He is a board member of Interactive Health Solutions, a member of the Board of Trustees of Gould Academy (ME) and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mount Snow Academy (VT). Mr. Cooperstone is a graduate of McGill University (Faculty of Law: B.C.L., L.L.B., 1995) and University of Pennsylvania (Wharton MBA, 1988).
