H. Thach Pham is the Executive Vice President and CFO of Prodigy Health Group, Inc. Prior to Prodigy Health, he was a general manager and head of Finance, Planning & Analysis of the Employer Services Group at Intuit. He had co-founded and served as CFO of EmployeeMatters, Inc. until its sale to Intuit in 2000. Before that, he was a Vice President of the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley, Inc., an Investment Banking Associate at Donaldson, Lufkine & Jenrette, a founding Partner of Grauer & Wheat, a private merchant bank, and also CFO of Pinnacle Group, a Grauer & Wheat portfolio company.
